The challenge
“It just felt completely disconnected and disjointed,” says Dr Chris Ibbott, Practice Owner & Principal Dentist. “We had SEO with somebody, website updates with the same company, but the two weren’t joined at all. Our social media was somebody else. It was impossible for us to figure out. It didn’t feel like there was any strategy, it didn’t feel like it was going anywhere.”

What we did
Marta led a full technical SEO audit, fixed metadata and page-level tags for quick ranking wins, optimised their Google Business Profile for local visibility, and began building the site’s authority through link-building. Connie kicked off social with a strategy call to understand the practice’s goals, then ran their first content shoot in Wadhurst in February, keeping a consistent three-times-a-week posting schedule ever since. Crucially, the two channels feed each other directly, Marta shares the keywords that matter, and Connie builds them straight into the content, the connected approach Ibbott & Co had never had before.

What Chris says
Before working with us, Chris didn’t feel heard. Now: “Your communication has been very good. When we had concerns about any aspect of the process, you’ve been quick to answer them.” On whether the team understood where the practice wanted to go: “I do feel that you’ve got us, and I guess that was part of why we chose to work with you.” And on stepping in front of a camera for the first time, something the practice was genuinely dreading: “We were dreading it, if I’m honest, we just don’t do this sort of thing. But it’s felt quite light-hearted. It’s been a very positive experience.”

The results
Ibbott & Co now appear on Google Images when people search for the practice, and their Google Business Profile is showing properly in local search, real, visible progress since Marta and Connie’s work began. With SEO and social finally working as one connected strategy instead of three disconnected suppliers, and content still going out three times a week, the momentum is still building.
