Dr. Sandeep Kumar – CEO & Founder
Sandeep is our Founder and CEO. A true master of marketing in the dental space, he has carved a reputation for being the best of the best – and the results show. Not only is he the owner of multiple private dental brands including MiSmile, Smile Stylist and Smmmile, he is also the founder and CEO of the MiSmile Network – the largest Invisalign provider in Europe.
Sitting at the heart of all these brands is a solid, performance-driven marketing strategy and Sandeep takes pride in sharing these strategies and tactics with other practices, helping them achieve their growth ambitions.
Fun fact: When he’s not busy growing dental practices, you’ll find him at the local tennis club defending his league position (or getting to grips with Padel – his new found passion!)
Tom Hart – Managing Director
Tom is our Managing Director, bringing 10 years of experience working in Digital Marketing agencies.
With a focus on data and a desire to utilise marketing budgets as effectively as possible, Tom and the team will ensure that your marketing activities deliver results.
Fun fact: Tom is an enthusiastic but very average golfer.
Anna Roberts – Client Director
Anna is our Client Director, bringing 15 years of marketing expertise and a Master’s in Business. With experience at brands like Align Technology and Henry Schein, she specializes in brand, business, and strategic marketing.
At MiSmile Media, Anna crafts tailored strategies to enhance brand differentiation and competitive advantage. She focuses on strong client relationships, innovative solutions, and measurable results. Passionate about storytelling, Anna ensures clients receive a personalized, impactful experience.
Fun fact: Anna’s grandfather was a professional footballer who played for Charlton Athletic and England.
Ali Meredith – Strategy Director
Ali is our Strategy Director and brings almost 20 years experience marketing Invisalign to consumers on behalf of independent practices, corporate groups, and for the last 10 years, the MiSmile Network. From an agency background, she supports the MiSmile Media Team with process and best practice, ensuring our client experience and final delivery is second to none.
Ali is traditional in her agency approach and strives for transparency, clarity and impeccable communication to sit at the heart of the agency.
Fun fact: Ali is an avid traveller and is proud to say she’s actually been to Timbuktu!
Rahil Kumar – Co-Founder & Marketing Manager
Rahil is our Marketing Manager, at 25 he is the youngest member of the MiSmile Media team and one of the youngest professionals in dental marketing. With both undergraduate and Master’s degrees in marketing and a lifelong connection to the dental industry, he brings a digital-first approach to branding.
Rahil helps dental practices build thriving brands through strategic storytelling, personal branding, and digital marketing.
He believes the future of dental marketing is about being remembered, with content and personal branding driving success.
Fun fact: Outside of work, you’ll likely find Rahil at a dental industry event (or afterparty), pushing for his skydiving license, or at Old Trafford watching Manchester United.
Michael Bush – Non-Executive Director
Michael is our Non-Executive Director and has spent 15 years helping international brands achieve consistent and predictable growth.
At MiSmile Media, Michael works with us to develop leading marketing and growth initiatives that can benefit our dental practices, leaning on his previous experience in scaling brands such as Nintendo, Emirates & Tik Tok – enabling fast growth.
He believes strongly in aligning marketing with commercial and operational goals & workflows to achieve the maximum impact on overall business growth.
Fun fact: Michael is an avid football fan, alongside his love for travelling the world.
Daisy George – Marketing Project Manager
Daisy is our Marketing Project Manager, bringing over 8 years of experience in marketing and project management, having worked in both corporate settings and creative agencies across various sectors.
Specialising in campaign management, brand development, and client relations, Daisy is dedicated to guiding your project from start to finish at MiSmile Media.
She ensures everything runs smoothly with her passion for spreadsheets and timing plans, always striving to deliver exceptional marketing results.
Fun Fact: Daisy is a qualified Zumba instructor and can regular be found playing netball, hiking in the Lake District, and reading a good book.

Emily is our Social Media Executive, with over five years of experience in the social media industry, Emily has worked across B2B, B2C, and SaaS, helping brands establish a strong online presence through authentic storytelling and strategic content creation. Specialising in organic social media, she excels at building engaged online communities, increasing brand awareness, and driving meaningful interactions.
She thrives on creativity, whether it’s crafting compelling captions, designing eye-catching visuals, or developing social strategies that truly resonate with audiences.
Fun fact: Emily is a proud sausage dog mom! Her beloved pup, Richmond, is always by her side.
Marta Sainz – Senior SEO Manager
Marta is our Senior SEO Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience in digital marketing and specialised in SEO and digital strategy.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, she had worked across the US and UK giving her a unique & global perspective on digital marketing. Always on top of the latest digital trends, Marta has played a key role in helping brands grow their organic online presence across various industries in agency and corporate environments.
Fun Fact: Marta proudly calls the beautiful city of San Sebastián her home. When not working, you’ll probably find her walking along the beach or enjoying some delicious pintxos – two of her favourite things about her hometown.

Fin is our Senior Paid Marketing Manager, bringing over 10 years experience in paid marketing. From healthcare to luxury to sports partnerships to non-profits Fin has developed award-winning digital strategies and delivered KPI-beating paid media management for a wide range of clients.
Through data-led insights and optimisation, Fin’s focus is on driving results as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Fun Fact: Outside of work you’ll find Fin watching the rugby or riding his bike (slowly).
Kathryn Myers – Paid Marketing Manager
Kathryn is our Paid Marketing Manager, bringing over 5 years of experience in both in-house & agency experience in paid search & paid social.
She’s worked with a mix of B2B, B2C and D2C brands across HealthTech, Luxury Fashion & Food & Beverage industries and is now bringing everything she’s learnt to the dental world to help practices grow through data-driven paid marketing.
Whether it’s launching your first Meta ads campaign, testing new ad copy and creatives or fine-tuning what’s already running. She is all about making paid activity work harder and go further for you.
Fun Fact: She is originally from Thailand – aka the Land of Smiles! She is a big foodie and loves to travel, when she’s not out exploring you can find her curled up with a good book.
Emily Besley – Senior Creative Designer
Emily is our Senior Creative Designer, bringing 15 year of creative experience under her belt.
With a portfolio that includes heavy-hitter brands like the BBC, FIFA and DHL, she’s honed her craft across freelance, agency and in-house roles and has worked in just about every design style and discipline going. Emily’s real passion lies in building beautiful, personality-packed brands, and she is excited to help dental practices create luxe, standout identities that feel more five-star spa than dentist’s chair.
Fun Fact: Emily is our second team member with a footballing Grandfather! Her Grandad played in the Olympics and was even offered a spot at Manchester United but turned it down!
Connie Walklate – Social Media Executive
Connie is our Social Media Executive, bringing three years of experience in social media marketing. She has worked across a variety of niches, helping brands create engaging, strategic content that connects with their audiences in meaningful ways.
Specialising in organic social, Connie has a particular love for TikTok and thrives on creating content that not only captures attention but makes an impact. From developing platform-led strategies to crafting authentic, engaging videos, she is passionate about elevating brands through creativity, community-building and storytelling.

Annie Van Spyk – SEO Executive
Annie is our SEO Executive and brings nearly six years of experience in SEO, specialising in content optimisation and organic growth strategy.
She’s passionate about helping brands stay visible in ever-changing online environments and finding new ways to stay relevant. She combines her SEO knowledge with a love of storytelling and a background in English Literature & Creative Writing to craft engaging content that converts.
Fun fact: She’s a big history fan and is happiest when climbing a mountain to see an Ancient Greek acropolis, or exploring different cities and countries across the world.
Milan Burge – Head of Social Media
Milan is our Head of Social Media, who has over 7 years of experience working in all areas of organic social media, both for B2B and B2C audiences. She understands what drives consumer behaviours online when it comes to engaging social media content and how to adapt and optimise this accordingly. Milan currently oversees all client work and works closely with her team of excellent Social Media Executives to ensure that, as a department, we’re delivering a gold standard in all areas of the client’s organic presence online.
Fun fact: She’s got an Italian name, Indian heritage, was born in England and also holds an Australian passport!
Matt Cooke – Lead UI/UX Developer
Matt is our Lead UI/UX Developer, bringing 19 years of experience across design, UI/UX and front-end development. Combining his creative and technical background, he specialises in creating engaging, accessible and high-performing digital experiences, working closely with the team to bring ideas and designs to life.
Matt has a passion for thoughtful, user-focused design and enjoys finding simple solutions to complex problems, making sure digital experiences work beautifully across every device.
Fun Fact: Matt played ice hockey to a high level as a child and is a keen snooker player and film buff. He is also half Italian.
